Being in the restaurant industry for nearly 20 years, I found myself getting used to the daily and nightly routines. I had a dependable job at a well established restaurant. I had developed an internationally recognized wine program that achieved high marks for the previous five years and I created new opportunities for growth within the four walls of that restaurant. But I always wanted to do more. When the global pandemic took that resource away from me, it also gave me the opportunity to pursue my dreams. My dreams of starting out on my own; creating numerous experiences for my friends, my family, and those who I would encounter on this journey. My passion is to take care of others, exceeding their expectations and doing the necessary work to make that happen. With The Hemma Collective, I have three different avenues that I can accomplish this with. Hopefully our paths will cross and I can share with you my wisdom of hospitality, wine and spirits.
